1. Remove the load from the off-road forklift. Park the off-road forklift on a flat and solid road surface, lower the fork to the ground, and apply the parking brake to stop the wheels.
2. Use a jack to lift the off-road forklift under the outer door frame on the side where the tire needs to be replaced, until the tire is still slightly in contact with the ground, and place a cushion block under the front side of the off-road forklift frame to prevent it from falling.
3. Loosen the wheel hub nut with a wheel hub nut wrench or other tool until the nut can be turned by hand, but be careful to loosen the nut in a diagonal order.
4. Lift the off-road forklift up a little further until the tires are slightly off the ground, remove the wheel hub nuts, and disassemble the front wheel assembly.
5. Place the side of the wheel hub of the front wheel assembly on a flat and hard road surface. At this time, a cushion such as a wooden board or blanket should be laid on the road surface to prevent the wheel hub from rubbing. With the help of a tool, press down on the tire, remove the two half piece snap springs, then remove the retaining ring, and finally remove the tire.
6. Put the new tires of the off-road forklift into the wheel rim, press down the tires, place the retaining ring, insert the snap spring, and release the tires to directly assemble the front wheel assembly.
7. Insert the assembled front wheel assembly into the wheel hub bolts, first tighten the wheel hub nuts one by one by hand, and then use a wheel hub nut wrench or other tool to pre tighten the wheel hub nuts diagonally.
8. Remove the cushion block from under the off-road forklift frame, lower the off-road forklift, and tighten the wheel hub nuts diagonally with the specified tightening torque.
